The Henriot Blanc de Blancs Champagne symbolizes the link that unites the house of Champagne Henriot with Chardonnay. Made exclusively from 12 carefully selected crus, this blend is a tribute to the Chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs and its chalky, mineral soils.

Each year, between 50% and 70% of the year's wines are used to create this cuvée, complemented by 30% to 50% reserve wines. These reserve wines add additional depth and complexity to this cuvée.

The aging process plays a crucial role in the development of the aromas and structure of this champagne. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in the house's cellars, this champagne reaches perfect maturity before being bottled.
