Gosset's Grand Millésime 2012, presented in magnum, is a champagne that blends freshness and fruity notes. It's the perfect champagne to accompany an aperitif, but also a noble fish (sea bass, sole) or a cold starter.
Grand Millésime 2012 Gosset is a blend of two-thirds Chardonnay and one-third Pinot Noir from the region's finest terroirs.
The 2012 vintage produced expressive, open wines. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to ensure that the wine retained its naturally fruity aromas and excellent ageing potential.
The Grand Millésime 2012 Gosset has a brilliant golden color, with fine bubbles.
On the nose, this cuvée evokes white fruits (pear, peach), as well as citrus.
On the palate, the attack is frank and taut. The wine is fresh, ample and generous. Beautiful notes of fruit and citrus follow through to a superb finish.
