The cuvee Grand Rosé from Gosset is a subtle blend of Chardonnay (56%) and Pinot Noir Grand Cru (35%), lifted by the presence of red wine from Bouzy and Ambonnay (9%).
The addition of reserve wine (on average 2 years of age) confers a certain regularity on this rosé, whilst retaining fruit, suppleness and balance. The large proportion Chardonnay gives this rosé its originality.
Gosset Grand Rosé offers a robe of salmon rose-petal pink, intense, brilliant and limpid.
The aromas of small red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry and black cherry) are characteristic of Pinot Noir.
The palate is incisive, vinous, developing notes of blackcurrant underlined with spice (cinammon).
Fresh and vivid with a delicate finish.
