Célébris 2003 Rosé Extra Brut from Gosset is a blend of 68% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir Grand Cru of which 7% is red wine from the terroirs of Ambonnay and Bouzy.

It is lightly dosed for a rosé, only 5g/L, which results in a very pure champagne, without pretention – an elegant and sensual champagne.

Célébris 2003 Rosé Extra Brut is made to seduce the palate and is the perfect romantic wine or to accompany sweet dishes.

The Gosset Célébris Rosé 2003 Extra Brut is a delicate luminous partridge-eye pink in color rimmed with shades of copper.

The effervescence is lively, with a multitude of small bubbles.

The nose is fresh, beautifully pure with aromas of freshly picked red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry and blackberry), with fresh floral fragrances of tea rose, iris and wallflower appearing after a few seconds.

This is a champagne of great charm, elegant and fruity, ample and full of voluptuousness.

With soft and supple tannins, the palate is bursting with fruit with a long serene finish accompanied by the vivacity of light spicy notes (aniseed and liquorice) and a touch of vanilla.
