Gosset's Petite Douceur Rosé is a singular champagne. It's a demi-sec Rosé champagne, meaning it's sweeter than usual.
It's a champagne that goes wonderfully well with sweet and savory dishes or fruity desserts.
La Petite Douceur Rosé is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 7% red Champagne. The grapes come from the terroirs of Bouzy, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Ambonnay and Cumières. The dosage is Extra Dry (17g/l).
This cuvée is salmon-pink in color, with a fine string of bubbles.
La Petite Douceur Rosé Gosset has a nose of intense red fruits, evolving with warming to aromas of quince, blood orange and verbena.
