Description
Cuvée Spéciale Club by Maison Gimonnet is the estate's prestige cuvée. It's a Blanc de Blancs champagne blended from old Cramant and Cuis vines.It's an intense champagne, with superb aromatic persistence on the palate. This cuvée has great ageing potential and will develop notes of candied fruit, mocha and pastry over the years.
On the palate, the Spécial Club 2010 surprises with a beautiful attack, full of freshness and minerality, followed by fine, airy aromas.
This blanc de blancs champagne has a superb finish that vibrates for long seconds on the palate.
