Georges Remy is one of the most brilliant winemakers in Champagne. Based in Bouzy, a village renowned for its Pinot Noirs, he crafts exceptional cuvées from parcels located in the Grand Cru communes of Bouzy and Ambonnay, and the Premier Cru communes of Tauxières and Louvois. Georges Remy brings great care to the work of the soil and the vine. His soils have been plowed since 2012, and the estate has been certified organic since 2018. Georges Remy champagnes are distinguished by their complexity, and the Coteaux Rouges by their delicacy and expressiveness.
A reflection of the Domaine Georges Remy, the Cuvée Les Quatre Terroirs is a Pinot Noir-dominant cuvée crafted from the four villages of the estate (Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois, and Tauxières). A champagne with a strong personality. Georges Remy also signs a few confidential cuvées. The Cuvée Les Muits 2019, produced in only 1498 bottles and 40 magnums, is the perfect illustration. A natural champagne, 100% Chardonnay, generous and indulgent.
