Franck Pascal's cuvée Quinte Essence 2010 is an epicurean champagne specially designed to enhance the creativity of chefs! With its substance, ageing potential, complexity, structure, power, elegance, minerality and length, this champagne is the perfect expression of the House's style.
This cuvée is a blend of two-thirds Pinot Meunier and one-third Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel tanks with natural fermentation and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is neither fined, filtered nor chilled.
In 2006, Franck Pascal switched to biodynamic viticulture, using energetic preparations that resonate with living organisms, transmitting information from the dynamized preparations to soil fungi, micro-organisms, plants, etc...
Biodynamics transmits information to the entire vine and its environment. Their functioning changes, giving the grapes a new potential! It's this potential that Franck Pascal Champagnes aim to bring to the consumer.
The nose reveals fruity aromas as well as hints of honey and brioche.
The palate is powerful, vinous, fresh and slightly lively.
Cuvée Quinte Essence 2010 from Maison Franck Pascal is a straightforward, fine, elegant wine, taut with fresh fruit and minerality.
