Quinte Essence 2007 Extra Brut is a precision champagne. It is a creamy, intense, fruity champagne, created to accompany the creativity of great chefs and satisfy food and wine lovers. This great Champagne embodies the French lifestyle, with its taste for refinement, elegance and beauty, which epicureans love.

This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats, with natural fermentation and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. There is no fining, filtration or chilling, and the wine is blended as Extra-Brut.

In 2006, Franck Pascal switched to biodynamic viticulture, using energetic preparations that resonate with living organisms, transmitting information from the dynamized preparations to soil fungi, micro-organisms, plants, etc...

"Quinte refers to the musical note... and speaks of composition and creation. Essence refers to the essences that Nature offers us. It's our job as winemakers to blend wines that tend towards the Quintessence of the Vintage. As in the rest of our production, we preserve the typicity of the year, with transparency, honesty and authenticity!" Franck Pascal.
