This Blanc de Blancs is a cuvee of great character, which is entirely undosed to enable the wine to freely express itself.
This is a very vertical, mineral cuvee, totally natural and unforgiving with neophytes.
Tasting
By Patrick BorrasThe cuvee Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes Nature from Francis Boulard presents a limpid, pale yellow robe and bubbles of fine regularity.
The nose is refined and subtle, in a register of discreet white flowers, with iodized notes completing the aromatic palette.
Vibrant and bright in the mouth, with its notes of citrus fruits, the fresh minerality of this Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes Nature makes it ideal for a summer aperitif.
