Fleury's Millésime 2004 Extra Brut is a champagne with a light yellow color and slightly green highlights. Its bubbles are very fine, with a beautiful intensity.
Nose
On the nose, this is a very floral cuvée, evocative of white flowers (jasmine), followed by rich, intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, peach and apricot.
Palate
On the palate, the attack is silky and delicate. The bubbles are pleasantly smooth, generous and unctuous. Lemony citrus aromas give it freshness and balance.
