Description
Cuvée Chemin du Bois 2009 is an exceptionally generous Blanc de Noirs. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, this premier cru comes from the commune of Mareuil sur Aÿ.
The 2009 vintage is rich and opulent. Vinified with indigenous yeasts, Chemin du Bois is aged in young barrels.
The nose and palate are in perfect harmony. Delicious aromas of mirabelle plum tart, butter and vanilla are counterbalanced by a floral touch (lime blossom). Ample and flavorful, the finish is marked by a subtle hint of acidity.
