Tasting
By Patrick BorrasNature de Mareuil Les Blanchiens by Fabrice Pouillon is pale gold in color with lemon yellow gleams and fine bubbles of intense regularity.
The nose reveals a champagne of great refinement with buttery, brioche aromas and an agreeable freshness contributed by pronounced mineral notes.
The fresh, mouth-filling attack confirms this minerality and the palate offers a perfect balance of aromas.
It is a cuvee of great harmony, offering intense drinking pleasure, which can be enjoyed at any time, served between 9 and 10°C.
