It is in the heart of the Ardre Valley, in the village of Lhéry, that we find the Elemart Robion House. Catherine and Thierry Robion pass on their love for the land and wine to their children, particularly to their son Eloi. They cultivate 4.5 hectares of vines using organic viticulture on the terroirs of Lhéry and Courtagnon, mainly planted with Meunier. A reference grape variety in the Ardre Valley, which finds ideal conditions to thrive and offers a style imbued with indulgence and fruit. Chardonnay follows, bringing finesse, freshness, and elegance. Then a small proportion of Pinot Noir and Petit Meslier.
Within the range of organic champagnes from Elemart Robion, you will find the VB 03 cuvée, a blend of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir. A fruity and expressive champagne carried by a beautiful minerality. But also vintage cuvées such as the 60/40 Vintage 2018, a very delicate and subtle champagne, composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier; or the Les Monets 2017 cuvée, a 100% Pinot Meunier that is very fruity.
