• Brut Nature Sans Soufre - A radical interpretation of purity. Zero dosage, zero added sulfur, this 100% Pinot Noir reveals the fruit in its raw state, with a clean, taut, highly mineral expression. Ideal for lovers of incisive champagnes.
• Clarevallis - A nod to the monastic history of Champagne's vineyards. A blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from organically-farmed vineyards, this cuvée pays homage to Clairvaux Abbey. A champagne with a subtle balance of freshness, finesse and complexity.
