Drappier's Millésime d'Exception 2006 is a cuvée with a broad, generous aromatic palette. It's the ideal champagne for aperitifs, as well as for fish and seafood dishes.
This cuvée is made from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. A large proportion of the wine is vinified in wood.
The wine is then aged in bottle for 36 months in the Drappier cellars.
Millésime d'Exception 2006 Drappier is a golden color with fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, this champagne reveals beautiful notes of ripe fruit, followed by a spicier touch on the second nose.
On the palate, this cuvée offers a creamy, elegant texture. The wine is well-structured and underlines the fruity aromatic palette.
A cuvée to be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also with grilled sea bass or sole.
