Maison Deutz's Cuvée Brut Rosé 2012 is a bright, refined champagne that's equally at home as an aperitif, red meat or dessert.
Made from Pinot Noir (78%) and Chardonnay (22%), this rosé blend has been complemented by a red wine (9%) from old vines on the Côte d'Aÿ.
The color, with its golden-pink hues, is bright and luminous.
The nose is very fruity. Aromas of red berries and fresh black fruits dominate, with an elegant greediness.
The palate is precise and controlled. Ripe fruit fragrances are followed by sweet floral notes of rose petals. The finish is long and generous.
