Deutz
Brut Classic (par 6) | Bottle 75cl
The Deutz Brut Classic is the very soul of the Deutz champagne house. Born of a blend of several years’ grape harvests, every year a variable proportion of reserve wine (between 20 and 40%) is incorporated to ensure the regularity, complexity and individuality of the Deutz style. It’s composed of one third Pinot Noir, one third Chardonnay and one third Pinot Meunier, and derives its harmony from the quality of the grapes (97% on the scale of growths), and careful parcel selection (between 20 and 30 all from the Marne area).

Deutz Brut Classic is brilliant gold in color with fine bubbles. With an expressive nose, it opens with floral notes (hawthorn, white blossom) developing toasted notes with almond paste and very ripe fruits (apple, pear).
The palate of the Deutz Brut Classic is elegant, with the brightness of the Chardonnay combining with the velvetiness of the Pinot to offer a silky texture and harmonious aromas finishing with persistent fruit notes.
