The Deutz Brut 2014, here in magnum, is a champagne that reveals beautiful notes of white fruit (apple, pear...). It's a cuvée that goes well with fine fish or white meat (veal).
Deutz Brut 2014 is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. This blend is aged in stainless steel tanks. After a minimum of 4 years in the house cellars, the cuvée is disgorged and then dosed as Brut (8g/l).
The color of this cuvée is pale gold, clear and sparkling. Its bubbles are fine and lively.
On the nose, this champagne reveals hints of red fruit before evolving towards a more floral touch. The nose is very pure and fresh.
On the palate, Deutz Brut 2014 offers very fine substance and lovely aromatic intensitý. The attack is frank, revealing a pure, mineral wine. Then on the mid-palate, the sensation gains in complexity. We discover pretty notes of kumquat, apple, pear with pastry accents. The finish is long and generous.
