      Deutz's Brut Millésime 2012 is a wildly elegant champagne, built on a selection of the finest terroirs (Bouzy, Ambonnay, Chouilly, Mesnil-sur-Oger...) and a very fine vintage. This is a cuvée to be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also with gourmet dishes.

      This Brut Millésime 2012 is a blend of 67% Pinot Noir from Aÿ, Bouzy and Ambonnay, unmissable names on the Montagne de Reims, 29% Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Chouilly, two flagship villages on the Côte des Blancs, and a touch (4%) of Pinot Meunier.

      The 2012 vintage was marked by low yields and perfectly ripe grapes.

      This is a champagne of generous, complex and rich character. The dosage is Brut (9g/l) to soften the wine, sublimating it and enriching its aromatic palette.

      Deutz Brut Millésime 2012 has a deep, sparkling golden color, studded with a particularly large number of fine bubbles.

      The nose reveals notes of ripe yellow fruit and brioche.

      The palate is lively, racy, precise and complex. Expressive and rich on the palate. The finish is long and generous.
