The Making of Amour de Deutz 2013 Champagne

Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, this cuvée is the result of the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the east of the Montagne de Reims. The grapes come from the villages of Avize (39%), Oger (24%), Mesnil-sur-Oger (22%), Vertus (10%), as well as Villers-Marmery and Trépail (5%). Each terroir brings its specificity, creating a harmonious balance between minerality and aromatic complexity.
