The Deutz Brut Rosé vintage 2009 is a true champagne lover’s cuvee, bringing together the power of Pinot Noir (80%) and the elegance of Chardonnay (20%). It can be appreciated just as well as an aperitif as with dessert.
A rosé created by the judicious addition at blending of 8% red wine made from parcels of old vines: “La Pelle” at Aÿ and “Cumaine” and “Charmont” at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
The Deutz Brut Rosé 2009 is a brilliant salmon pink, starred with fine and lively bubbles.
The nose proffers elegant and delicate notes of raspberry and redcurrant, with a floral touch. Opening vividly and beautifully fresh, the palate evolves in a register of delicious red fruits, with its vivacity enhanced by a sublimely lacy texture, and a hint of spice on the finish.
