Description
The cuvée Extra Brut from Deutz is extremely low dosed (3g/L) to allow the wine to fully express itself. It is the result of blending several vintages to create a mature champagne with many facets.
Extra Brut from Deutz is a blend of one third Pinot Noir, one third Pinot Meunier and one third Chardonnay.
Yellow gold with superlatively fine effervescence, the Deutz Extra Brut Deutz reveals elegant floral notes (hawthorn, white flowers) and delicate fruity aromas on the nose of great purity.
The mouth is perfectly balanced and supremely elegant, associating the freshness of Chardonnay with the creaminess of Pinot Noir.
The silky texture and tender aromas melt together, culminating in fresh white peach, quince and floral notes on the clean and lingering finish.
