Les Genevraux 2008 Dehours was fermented and aged in barrel. This is a Brut Nature, a Champagne that is not dosed, to allow the terroir to express itself fully.
It's a rich, dense, warm champagne that can be served at the table or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Its fresh, fruity structure makes it a perfect match for poultry dishes in particular.
A confidential cuvée, 2031 bottles were produced.
