Description
Brisefer 2007 is one of Maison Dehours' Cuvées de Collection, a selection of Champagnes made from exceptional, unique parcels representing a facet of the Champagne terroir.
It's an elegant, fine champagne with a subtle richness that goes equally well with an aperitif, scallops in carpaccio or langoustines.
The Brisefer parcel is located on the Mareuil le Port terroir, and features an old Chardonnay vine planted in 1966 for most of it, and in 1992 for a second part.
Cuvée Brisefer 2007 was produced in 1770 bottles.
