Description
Cuvée La Forêt 2018 is a fresh, crisp Coteaux Champenois Rouge.
It's a still red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the sunny hillsides of Les Riceys, in the locality known as "La Forêt". The vines face due south and are around forty years old. The grapes are vinified and aged in oak barrels.
Cuvée La Forêt 2018 has a luminous deep red color. The nose reveals notes of cherries and violets. The palate is expressive and structured, with a wine of great finesse.
This is a red wine that will pair perfectly with grilled lamb chops or charcuterie.
