The Brut Rosé from the house of De Venoge was created in 1864 in the form of a very delicate rosé with a fine mousse. It was known at the time as Crémant rosé.
A traditional champagne blend of three grape varieties to which a Pinot Noir red wine is added, it is a champagne which should be enjoyed young, unlike most of the other champagnes from De Venoge.
Its deep pink robe is constellated with a lively effervescence. The nose reveals a fresh champagne, with red fruits and lightly toasty notes.
This fresh vivacity is repeated on the palate which develops a full roundness with a long finish on fruity, mineral notes.
A delightful cuvee.
