The Rosé Vintage is an assemblage rosé made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, including 6% red wines, all from the Grand Cru terroir of Ambonnay. The base is built on wines from the last harvest, enriched by 23% reserve wines, of which 30% are aged in oak barrels, providing beautiful complexity and a subtle woody touch. With a precise dosage of 4 g/l, this Extra-Brut vintage is remarkably fresh. After aging on lees for a minimum of 24 months, this champagne reaches perfect maturity. With only 9,000 bottles produced, this vintage is a true jewel of finesse and elegance.
