The Blanc de Blancs vintage is a tribute to the terroir of Ambonnay, one of the rare villages classified as Grand Cru where Chardonnay can express itself with such power. This champagne is made from Chardonnay from the 2020 harvest, complemented by 50% reserve wines, which add a touch of richness and aromatic complexity.
The winemaking is done with care, combining oak barrels and stainless steel vats. After bottling, the vintage spends at least 2 years in the house's cellars to develop its aromas. The dosage of 5 g/L preserves the balance between freshness and roundness.
The Blanc de Blancs vintage features a pale yellow color with golden highlights, adorned with fine and delicate bubbles.
The nose offers an elegant intensity, marked by aromas of cooked pineapple, citrus zest, and a hint of brioche, revealing a beautiful complexity.
On the palate, the attack is silky and fresh, supported by flavors of citrus zest. The finish is long, with finesse and minerality.
