Made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this cuvee is a gleaming bronze color, dancing with a multitude of fine bubbles.
The Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésime 2000 offers an elegant and complex nose, opening on mineral, iodine notes with warmer candied fruit, honey and resinous characters developing after a few instants.
The palate opens delicately, smoothly revealing a champagne of great generosity which combines crisp acidity with round richness.
