This rosé blend is the result of a perfect balance between the three main Champagne grape varieties:
To this blend is added 15% of red wines made from Pinot Noir and Meunier vinified separately, providing a beautiful pinkish color, as well as texture and fruity notes. Around 25% reserve wines are included in the blend, guaranteeing consistency from one vintage to the next.
The dosage of 7 g/L adds a touch of roundness that enhances the wine's aromatic complexity, without altering its natural freshness.
A pale pink color with salmon hues, animated by a ballet of fine bubbles.
A seductive nose with aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries, enhanced by a zesty touch of pink grapefruit.
The attack is fresh and fruity, revealing a silky, airy texture. Notes of morello cherry and blackberry combine with a hint of grapefruit for a long, fresh finish.
The price of a bottle of Champagne Castelnau Le Rosé is 45,95 €. This delicate, fruity rosé, crafted with precision, is ideal for lovers of refined, gourmet champagnes.
