This perpetual cuvée Extra Brut Rosé, by Bonnet-Ponson, has developed a fine balance between fruity indulgence and vinosity. Matured for at least 4 years, it refines its character by developing a mature touch of spice and citrus peel.
This rosé champagne is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 35% Meunier from Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne, terroirs classified as Premier Cru on the Montagne de Reims. The different types of soil (clay-limestone, sandy and silty) on which the vineyard is planted enable the wine to develop great aromatic richness.
This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats (70%) and oak barrels (30%), undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged on fine lees for 9 months. Champagne is dosed at less than 2.5 g/L to preserve the wine's identity and character.
This champagne expresses beautiful notes of strawberry, raspberry and citrus fruit, followed by greedy scents of brioche, almond and spices.
This perpetual cuvée Extra Brut Rosé will awaken your taste buds as an aperitif.
