This perpetual Extra Brut cuvée from Bonnet-Ponson is a champagne with a generous, aromatic identity. It draws its character from the clay-limestone and sandy terroirs of Reims' "little mountain".
This champagne is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier, from the Premier Cru-classified communes of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne. The 35-year-old vines are planted on different types of soil, ranging from clay-limestone to sandy and silty.
This perpetual cuvée Extra Brut is vinified in stainless steel tanks (85%) and oak barrels (15%), aged on fine lees for 8 months and dosed at 3 g/L.
This champagne reveals delicate notes of white fruit and lemon zest, followed by gourmet aromas of candied fruit, mirabelle plum and hazelnut.
This perpetual Extra Brut cuvée, fruity, gourmand and full of freshness, is the ideal accompaniment to a fine aperitif.
