Description
Cuvée Griblanc 2020 is a Coteaux Champenois Blanc produced by Maison Bonnet-Ponson. This white wine is atypical in that it is made from all 7 Champagne grape varieties.
It is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. These grapes come from the terroirs of the Petite Montagne de Reims, including Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes.
Cyril Bonnet has chosen to vinify and age his coteaux for 10 months in barrel, to give it a lovely patina and light roundness.
Griblanc 2020 will be perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
