      Description

      Billecart-Salmon Vintage 2009 is an intense, seductive cuvée. It is made from a blend of 40% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, 33% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly and Vertus) and 27% Pinot Meunier.

      This beautiful blend was vinified exclusively in vats to preserve and enhance the wine's freshness.

      Vintage 2009 Billecart-Salmon has a golden color with golden highlights, underlined by fine bubbles.

      On the nose, this cuvée reveals notes of citrus and dried fruit. On the second nose, we clearly distinguish a pastry and gourmet framework.

      On the palate, this cuvée offers good tension and chewiness. The fruit aromas discovered on the nose are repeated, along with a gourmet touch.

      This is an elegant, expressive cuvée, which will find a place as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to fish or foie gras.
