      Description

      Billecart-Salmon's Brut Nature is a champagne that combines excellence with the House's traditions and a total absence of dosage. No sugar is added during the elaboration of this cuvée.

      It is a pure, elegant and straightforward champagne, carried by a beautiful mineral tension.

      This cuvée is made from the 3 traditional Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Meunier (40%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Chardonnay (30%).

      Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature has a sparkling pale gold color, studded with fine bubbles.

      On the nose, this complex champagne opens with notes of white flowers, then evolves towards more gourmand aromas of dried fruit and brioche, with a hint of citrus in the background.

      On the palate, this is a full-bodied cuvée, carried by a fine mineral tension. A cuvée that develops notes of pastry and white pome fruit.

      The finish is well-balanced and clean, leaving a delicious sensation for many seconds.

      Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature is the perfect accompaniment to veal carpaccio, pan-fried scallops or sashimi.
