      Description

      A magnificent gift set with a matt black metal ice bucket and a bottle of Billecart-Salmon Extra Brut.

      The ice bucket ensures an ideal tasting temperature for your champagne for 2 hours. It is printed with the Billecart-Salmon emblem – a design incorporating the initials B&S interlaced in a succession of curves and angles, known as the ‘Entrelacs’.

      Extra-Brut from Billecart-Salmon is a champagne which combines the excellence of traditional winemaking skills with the total absence of dosage. No sugar is added during the making of this champagne.

      It is a blend of the three traditional champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier (40%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Chardonnay (25%) producing a pure, elegant and clean champagne, underlined with superb mineral tension.

      Extra-Brut from Billecart-Salmon is glimmeringly pale gold with a constellation of fine bubbles. The nose is complex, opening on notes of white flowers then evolving towards more gourmand aromas of dried fruits and brioche, with underlying hints of citrus. Generous and mouth filling, the palate offers superb mineral tension, developing notes of patisseries and white fruits. The final is perfectly balanced and polished, leaving a lingering sensation of great gourmandise.

      Extra-Brut by Billecart-Salmon is the ideal companion for veal Carpaccio, sautéed scallops or sashimi.
