Description
Cuvée Blanc de Blancs A/18 is the new 100% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus blend from Maison Ayala. This 100% Chardonnay expresses the purity of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims around the singularity of the 2018 harvest.
This vintage Champagne is made from the finest Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs, including Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, Cuis and Vertus.
This first A/18 edition is fully vintage and includes 6 complementary crus: Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Bisseuil and Cuis.
This cuvée, vinified and aged in vats, retains the tension and minerality offered by Chardonnay. The bottles are then aged for a minimum of 6 years in our cellars, before being disgorged and dosed at 5 g/L.
This Blanc de Blancs A/18 cuvée from Maison Ayala has great purity and freshness.
