Description
The Rosé Nature from the house of Ayala is undosed. It is an absolutely genuine champagne in all its nakedness and truth – a veritable work of art at the pinnacle of the art of blending.
Its delicately pale salmon pink robe is enhanced by a fine cordon of bubbles.
The bouquet is rich and complex, first marked by notes of small red fruits, followed by vinosity and a sense of restrained power.
The palate attacks softly, there is no violence here, but a fresh minerality contributed by the Chardonnay, and a harmony of discreet and widely nuanced aromas.
Ayala Rosé Nature is composed of 53% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir to which is added 8% red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and all the grapes which go into the blend come from parcels classed Premier and Grand Cru of Champagne.
Superb as an aperitif, the Ayala Rosé Nature is also excellent with white meats or oily fish.
