Ayala's Brut Majeur, presented here in magnum, is an elegant, fine champagne with a delicate fruity touch. This is a cuvée with fine bubbles and a golden color. The nose reveals notes of yellow fruit and a touch of acidity. On the palate, Ayala Brut Majeur offers a light attack. The wine is precise, well-balanced, without acidity, but with a light minerality that gives it an airy aspect.

Description
Ayala's Brut Majeur, presented here in magnum, is an elegant, fine champagne with a delicate fruity touch. This is a cuvée with fine bubbles and a golden color. The nose reveals notes of yellow fruit and a touch of acidity. On the palate, Ayala Brut Majeur offers a light attack. The wine is precise, well-balanced, without acidity, but with a light minerality that gives it an airy aspect.
This champagne is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be served with shellfish, scallops or fish.
Produced from the finest Champagne terroirs, from vines classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru, it is a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. The blend is completed by 20% reserve wines and aged for nearly 3 years in our cellars.
