Adrien Renoir's 2018 Les Montants cuvée is a Blanc de Blancs champagne full of freshness and gourmandise.
The 2018 vintage was warm overall, offering grapes of excellent ripeness and optimal concentration.
Les Montants 2018 is made from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Verzy on the Montagne de Reims. Chardonnays from Verzy offer a very interesting balance between the minerality provided by the chalky soil, and aromatic richness.
This cuvée is vinified in barrels and aged on lees. After 3 years in the house cellars, the wines are disgorged and very lightly dosed at 0.8 g/L.
Les Montantes 2018 is the perfect accompaniment to seafood or an aperitif with petits fours.
