Description

This 2020 vintage is the first white coteaux made by Adrien Renoir (a red coteaux was also made the same year). It's a white wine with a beautiful chalky texture, enhanced by extensive ageing in wood.

For this still white wine, Adrien chose to blend Chardonnays from his Grand Cru terroir in Verzy, and more specifically from 2 parcels, Les Grands Champs and La Barbette.

The wines are aged for 26 months in oak barrels to give them an attractive patina. The result is stunning: this Coteaux Blanc 2020 offers a very elegant, gourmand and aromatic palate, while retaining the energy typical of the Champagne terroir.

A white wine to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and at the table!
