The vinification is carried out according to the method of the house of Alfred Gratien. The juices are vinified and aged in 228-liter oak barrels, allowing the development of complex aromas and a delicate texture. To preserve the freshness and natural liveliness of the Chardonnay, malolactic fermentation is voluntarily blocked. After several years of maturation in the cellar, the 2017 vintage expresses itself with exceptional harmony and richness, enhanced by a masterful dosage.
