Clément Perseval champagne

Clément Perseval is part of this new generation of Champagne winegrowers, talented and creative! His champagnes are in his image, authentic and sincere. In the vineyard Clément Perseval favours bio diversity, and in the cellar, the young winegrower has a natural approach to winemaking. Thus the natural dosage is obtained naturally, thanks to the residual sugar from fermentation. Its range is made up of 3 cuvées: a Blanc de Blancs, a Blanc de Noirs and a Brut Premier Cru.
